Crush our pork rinds into the meatloaf mix and get meal with less carbs without losing any flavor!

Ingredients

    All Protein Meatloaf:

    • 1/3 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 oz Tomato sauce
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Chili powder
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pepper seasoning

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, crushed pork rinds, and eggs.

3. Season with chili powder, garlic salt, and garlic pepper.

4. Mix until well blended.

5. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it into a greased loaf pan.

6. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.

7. Remove from oven and let stand for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
