Ingredients

    Authentic Entomatado with Chicharrones:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds
    • 5 green tomatoes
    • 1 onion, quartered
    • 3 pickled chipotle peppers, diced
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
    • 1 cup hot water

Preparation

1. Cut tomatoes into medium-sized pieces.

2. Sauté tomatoes and onions in a small amount of oil.

3. Prepare broth by dissolving bouillon in hot water.

4. Add broth to the tomato and onion mixture.

5. Add chipotle peppers and chicharrones to the sauce.

6. Boil until the chicharrones become tender.

7. Serve hot.
