Ingredients

    Cheesy Chorizo Dip:

    • Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, for dipping
    • 12-14 oz. Chorizo, cooked and grease drained
    • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 2 cups Muenster cheese, shredded
    • 2 Jalapeños, diced
    • 3 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, diced
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Chili powder

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chorizo, shredded mozzarella, shredded muenster, diced jalapeños, cilantro, and chili powder. Mix well until evenly combined.

4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish (an 8x8 dish or small cast iron skillet works great). Spread evenly.

5. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly around the edges.

6. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to get the top slightly golden and crispy.

7. Serve hot with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping.
