This Pinto Bean Salsa recipe is so easy to make, you just might eat it every time you pull out a bag of Southern Recipe Pork Rinds!

Ingredients

    Pinto Bean Salsa for Pork Rinds:

    • Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping
    • 1 small Onion, chopped
    • 2 tsp. Cilantro, minced
    • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
    • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 cans (15 oz.) Pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    • 2/3 cup Salsa

Preparation

1. In a large skillet, sauté onion and cilantro in oil until tender.

2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Stir in the beans and salsa.

4. Cook until heated through.

5. Serve warm with Southern Recipe Hot and Spicy Pork Rinds.
