Pork Rind Burger with Bratwurst

Ingredients
- Pork Rind Burger with Bratwurst:
• 1/3 cup Southern Recipe Pork rinds, crushed
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, sliced
• Beer
• Bratwurst
• 6 slices cooked bacon
• Salt
• Pepper
• Pilsner mustard
• Pretzel rolls
Preparation
1. Place sliced onions and bratwurst in beer and simmer until the brats are cooked through. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and ground pork rinds. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 3 burger patties.
4. Grill the burgers to your desired doneness.
5. Slice bratwurst in half lengthwise.
6. Place bratwurst halves on top of each burger patty.
7. Top with the beer-cooked onions, cooked bacon, and Pilsner mustard.
8. Serve on a pretzel roll.
