Ingredients

    Rind Covered Ribs:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds, crushed
    • Full rack pork ribs
    • 4 cups BBQ sauce
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

1. Remove the membrane from the rack of ribs.

2. Place pork rinds into a food processor and process until powdered.

3. Mix the powdered pork rinds with BBQ sauce to form a paste.

4. Cover the ribs thoroughly with the pork rind and BBQ paste.

5. Wrap the ribs tightly in tin foil.

6. Bake at 425°F until the ribs are cooked through, about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on thickness.

7. Remove from oven, unwrap, and serve.
