Smoked Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Smoked Meatloaf:
• 2 oz. Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 2 eggs
• 1 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/2 lb ground pork
• 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
• 1/2 cup yellow onions, diced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
1. Crush pork rinds to bread-crumb size.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Insert the mixture into a meatloaf pan.
4. Smoke at 275°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
5. Brush the meatloaf with BBQ sauce.
6. Serve warm.
