Air Fried Ravioli

You can cover anything in low carb pork rinds!
Ingredients
- Air Fried Ravioli:
• 3/4 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
• 10 oz. Ravioli fresh, any flavor
• 2 Eggs
• 4 tablespoons milk or cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
1. Mix egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
2. In another shallow bowl, combine Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
3. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture.
4. Coat each ravioli thoroughly on both sides in the pork rind and bread crumb mixture.
5. Place breaded ravioli on a large plate and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
6. Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer.
7. Cook at 374°F for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve hot.
