Beefy Pork Rind Burgers

Flame up flavor on the grill with this bacony twist to your ordinary burger! Add your favorite Southern Recipe Pork Rinds to the mix and watch the burgers disappear.

Ingredients

    Beefy Pork Rind Burgers:

    • 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds
    • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground chuck or hamburger
    • 1 large Egg
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
    • Top with bacon, cheese and a fried onion ring

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix beef with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

2. Divide the mixture into four patties.

3. Grill the patties until cooked through.

4. Top each patty with your favorite cheese.

5. Add a fried onion ring and crisp bacon on top.

6. Serve immediately.
