

Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients
- Cheeseburger Dip:
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds
• 1/2 Yellow onion, diced
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp Dry mustard
• 3 tbsp Pickles, diced
• 6 oz Cream cheese, softened
• 3 tbsp Thousand island dressing
• 3 cups of Shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 Large tomato, diced
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
3. Add the onion and cook for about 4 minutes, until softened.
4. Stir in tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix well.
5. Add pickles and bring mixture to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
7. In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add thousand island dressing and stir until combined.
8. Spoon 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture into a 9x10 casserole dish and spread evenly.
9. Top with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
10. Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture on top of the cheese.
11. Repeat layering with remaining cream cheese and meat mixtures, forming one or two more layers.
12. Finish with the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
13. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
14. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
15. Serve with your favorite Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping.
