Ingredients

    Chicharron in Green Salsa:

    • 1/4 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 2 1/4 lbs Green tomatoes
    • 4 Green chiles
    • 1 Garlic clove, minced
    • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
    • Cilantro to taste
    • Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping the salsa

Preparation

1. Cook the tomatoes until tender.

2. When the water comes to a boil, remove from heat.

3. In a food processor, blend chiles, onion, pork rinds, cilantro, and garlic.

4. Add the cooked tomatoes to the food processor.

5. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

6. Serve warm with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds.

7. Enjoy!
