Easy Pork Rind Pizza Crust

Ingredients

    Easy Pork Rind Pizza Crust:

    Pizza Crust
    1 cup Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds, ground
    • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
    • 4 Eggs
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 2 cups Italian cheese, shredded
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Italian spices
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic powder

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, seasonings, and Italian cheese until well mixed.

3. Mix in ground pork rinds last.

4. Place the dough onto a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.

5. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and roll out the dough to the edges of the pan.

6. Bake the pizza crust for 20 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes.

8. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings.

9. Bake again until the cheese is bubbly.

10. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
