Easy, low carb salsa snack
Ingredients
- Fresh Tomato Salsa with Pork Rinds:
• Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping the salsa
• 5 ripe Plum tomatoes, chopped
• 3 Green onions, chopped
• 1/2 small Red onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
• 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Store refrigerated for up to two days.
4. Serve chilled.
5. Enjoy!
