Whether you've got a sweet tooth or not, these delicious ice cream treats will be loved by all ... trust us! The ingredients are simple, just don’t forget the Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for that supreme crunch and BIG flavor that makes this dessert irresistible.

Ingredients

    Fried Ice Cream:

    • 4 cups Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 pint Vanilla ice cream
    • 4 Eggs
    Chocolate syrup
    • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar or sweetener
    • Oil for frying

Preparation

1. Scoop ice cream into small balls and freeze for 30–60 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 375°F.

3. Set up a dredging station with two bowls — crushed pork rinds in one and beaten eggs in the other.

4. Coat each ice cream ball in crushed pork rinds.

5. Submerge in egg wash, then coat again in crushed pork rinds.

6. Fry the coated ice cream balls for about 30 seconds, or until golden brown.

7. Top with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar or sweetener.

8. Serve immediately.
