Ingredients

    Low Carb Guac Toast with Pork Rinds:

    • 2 cups Southern Recipe pork rinds, finely crushed
    • 1 Egg
    • 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Baking powder
    • Guacamole as a topper

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients well until smooth.

2. Microwave the batter in a microwave-safe bowl for 90 seconds.

3. Let rest for 2 minutes.

4. Use a soft spatula to gently remove the toast from the bowl.

5. Fry the toast in butter until both sides are golden brown.

6. Serve hot with your favorite guacamole on top.
