Pork Rind BBQ Bake

A casserole worthy of our bold pork rinds on top.
Ingredients
- Pork Rind BBQ Bake:
• 1 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1 lb. Sausage, cooked
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 2 cups Potatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
• 4 cup Bread cubes
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.
3. Parboil potatoes until tender, then drain.
4. Line a casserole dish with bread cubes.
5. In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, barbecue sauce, potatoes, and onions.
6. Fill the casserole dish with the sausage mixture, covering the bread cubes.
7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
8. Finish with a layer of crushed pork rinds.
9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
10. Serve hot.
