Ingredients

    Pork Rind Stir Fry:

    Pork Rind Stir Fry
    • 2 cups Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup Bell pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 cup Broccoli
    • 1 cup Cabbage, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup Whole snap peas
    • 1 1/4 cups Mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 cup Green beans
    • 1 cup Noodles or rice, cooked
    • 1 cup Soy sauce

Preparation

1. Heat a large, heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of canola or peanut oil.

3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.

4. Add cooked noodles or rice and stir-fry for 1 minute.

5. Add soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.

6. Add pork rinds and stir-fry for 1 minute.

7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
