Ingredients

    Pork Rind Turf - Chicken Pork Rind Fried Steak:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 6 (4-oz.) Cubed steak
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
    • 1/4 cup Flour
    • 1/2 cup Egg substitute
    • Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Dredge steaks in flour.

3. Dip steaks in egg substitute.

4. Dredge steaks in crushed pork rinds.

5. Lightly coat each side of the steaks with cooking spray.

6. In batches, cook steaks in a hot nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning twice, until golden brown.

7. Transfer cooked steaks to a wire rack set over a jelly-roll pan.

8. Keep warm in a 225°F oven until ready to serve.

9. Serve with Cream Gravy.
