Ingredients

    Skillet Bacon Chili Mac:

    • 4 oz. Southern Recipe BBQ Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 box Elbow macaroni
    • 2 cans (14 oz.) Chili
    • 5 cups Water
    • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

1. In a large cast iron skillet or Dutch oven, add the water and elbow macaroni.

2. Cook over a fire or grill until the noodles are done, adding more water if needed.

3. Once the noodles are cooked and most of the water is evaporated (drain if necessary), stir in the cans of chili and crushed pork rinds.

4. Heat the mixture through, stirring occasionally.

5. Sprinkle cheese on top.

6. Return the skillet to the fire or grill to melt the cheese.

7. Serve hot.
