Spicy Hawaiian Pork Rind Hot Dog

No need to fly off to the Islands, we've put together a Hawaiian hot dog recipe that'll have you doing the Luau in your own backyard. For an extra bacon flavor, we've added pork rinds to the mix ... it's a little sweet and a whole lotta spicy!

Ingredients

    Spicy Hawaiian Pork Rind Hot Dog:

    • 2 cup Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds
    • 1/2 Pineapple, cut in half then sliced
    • 1 tsp. Olive oil
    • 3 Jalapeños, sliced
    • 1 Onion, sliced
    • 8 Hot dogs
    • 8 hot dog buns

    Teriyaki Mayo:
    • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
    • 3 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Lime juice

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill.

2. In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki mayo ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

3. Toss pineapple slices with olive oil.

4. Place pineapple on the grill and cook until grill marks appear, about 2 minutes per side.

5. Grill the hot dogs, turning 3–4 times until cooked through.

6. Serve hot dogs topped with grilled pineapple slices and a drizzle of teriyaki mayo.

7. Add jalapeños, onions, and Southern Recipe Pork Rinds on top of each hot dog.

8. Serve immediately.
