Ingredients

    Taco Pork Rind Salad:

    • 1 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crumbled in pieces
    • 1/2 head Lettuce, chopped
    • 6 Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
    • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
    • 1/4 cup Corn
    • 1 Avocado, diced
    • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 lb. Ground chuck, cooked
    • 1 cup Salsa
    • Sour cream for garnish

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

2. Serve the mixture.

3. Top with crumbled pork rinds and sour cream.

4. Enjoy!
