Pork, and pork rind stuffed tortilla tostadas

Ingredients

    Pork Rind Stuffed Tostadas:

    • 3/4 oz. Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 2 6" White corn tortillas
    • 4 oz. Tilapia ceviche
    • 2 oz. Hass avocado, diced
    • 1/2 oz. Pepitas, toasted
    • 2 oz. Romaine lettuce, sliced
    • 1 1/2 oz. Mango, diced
    • 3/4 oz. Pineapple, diced

Preparation

1. Fry 6-inch white corn tortillas in oil heated to 350°F until golden brown.

2. Place tilapia ceviche on each fried tortilla (tostada).

3. Garnish with avocado, mango, pineapple, pork rinds, pepitas, and lettuce.

4. Repeat layers as desired.

5. Serve immediately.
