Creamy BLT-flavored dip loaded with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and crunchy pork rind topping for the ultimate party hit.

Ingredients

    • Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for the dip
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 cup Sour cream
    • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
    • 1 lbs. Bacon, cooked, chopped
    • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
    • 1 Tomato, chopped
    • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
    • Green onions bacon tomato lettuce for garnish if desired, cooked

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese until thoroughly combined.
3. Crumble bacon into the mixture and stir.
4. Add cheddar 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, green onions bacon tomato lettuce for garnish if desired, and onions bacon tomato lettuce for garnish if desired. Mix well.
5. Pour into a shallow dish or pie pan.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling.
7. Garnish with additional green onions bacon tomato lettuce for garnish if desired, and crumbled bacon.
