Did you know October is National Pork Month? Hey, we love celebrating meat holidays … especially ones that are near and dear to our hearts. And there’s nothing nearer to pork than our crunchy pork rinds.

In honor of “Pork-tober,” let’s double down on a recipe made especially for this month: Pork Rind Stuffed Pork Chop Bombs. Take stuffing made from Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, stuff it inside a pork chop and as an extra kick, use this recipe to bread the outside of the chop with – you guessed it – pork rinds! It’s a triple treat!
