Chocolate Covered Pork Rinds
You love pork rinds and you also love chocolate. How about combining them both for a savory and sweet treat? Try this easy recipe at your next party.
1 bag of Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds
12 oz. of your favorite premium chocolate chips
Set up a double boiler: Heat a large saucepan filled with water over high heat; once it boils, reduce heat to a simmer. Set a heat resistant bowl on top of the simmering water. Add your chocolate and stir until completely melted.
Cover two baking sheets with wax paper and lay out Southern Recipe Pork Rinds on to the wax paper. With a whisk or large spoon, drizzle warm chocolate over pork rinds. Cover to taste. Let cool and enjoy!
