Mexican BBQ Beans

  • 1 lb. cooked beans
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped
  • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds
  • 0.5 lb. chorizo
  • 0.5 lb. bacon
  • 1 package hot dogs
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Cumin
  • Half a bottle of chipotle bbq sauce


  1. Cook beans until tender. Keep the liquid from the beans. Sautè onions, jalapeños, and tomatoes. Add to beans. Crush up a bag or two of Southern Recipe Pork Rinds. Cook chorizo down add to pot. Cook the bacon until crispy enough to crumble add to the pot. Slice hot dogs and add to the beans. Salt, Garlic Powder, and Cumin to taste. Add half a bottle of Chipotle BBQ sauce.
