Mexican BBQ Beans

mexican beans with pork rinds

1 pound of cooked beans
1 onion chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
2 jalapeños chopped
1 bag of Southern Recipe Pork Rinds
Half a pound of chorizo
Half a pound of bacon
1 package hot dogs
Garlic powder
Half a bottle of chipotle bbq sauce


Cook beans until tender. Keep the liquid from the beans. Sautè onions jalape&ntildeos and tomatoes add to beans. Crush up a bag or two of Southern Recipe Pork Rinds. Cook chorizo down add to pot. Cook the bacon until crispy enough to crumble add to the pot. Slice hot dogs add to the beans. Salt Garlic Powder and Cumin to taste. Add half a bottle of Chipotle BBQ sauce.
