Pinto Bean Salsa
This Pinto Bean Salsa recipe is so easy to make, you just might eat it every time you pull out a bag of Southern Recipe Pork Rinds!
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic clove, minced
2 cans (15 oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2/3 cup salsa
In a large skillet or saucepan, saute onion and cilantro in oil until tender. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in the beans and salsa; heat throughout. It’s a great dip with Southern Recipe Hot and Spicy Pork Rinds!
