Air Fried Pork Chops

Try crushed up pork rinds as a low carb breading!
- Air Fried Pork Chops:
2 cups Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds, finely ground
4 Pork chops
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 cups Flour
1. Pre heat air fryer at 300 degrees
2. Mix pork rinds, garlic powder and cajun seasoning.
3. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, dredge in flour. Then coat pork chop liberally in the pork rind mixture.
4. Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until golden on both sides.
