Air Fried Ravioli

You can cover anything in low carb pork rinds!
- Air Fried Ravioli:
• 3/4 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
• 10 oz. Ravioli fresh, any flavor
• 2 Eggs
• 4 tablespoons milk or cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix the egg and milk in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix the Southern Recipe Pork Rinds and bread crumbs. Add Parmesan cheese to the mix.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture. Place the egg-washed ravioli in the pork rind/bread crumb mixture and coat each side thoroughly. Place breaded ravioli on a large plate and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Place ravioli in a single layer of the Air Fryer. Cook on 374 degrees for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
