Air Fryer Pork Rind Chicken

Coating chicken in pork rinds in a great way to reduce calories and kick up the flavor!
- Air Fried Chicken:
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 4 chicken thighs
• 1 qt. buttermilk
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Crush your favorite pork rinds in a fine coating and add to a zip lock bag.
Put chicken in bag and cover liberally with crushed pork rinds.
Air fry at 350 °F for 18 minutes.
