All Protein Meatloaf

Crush our pork rinds into the meatloaf mix and get meal with less carbs without losing any flavor!

Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 oz. Tomato sauce
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
    • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
    • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Chili powder
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pepper seasoning

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, crushed Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, and eggs.
3. Season with chili powder, Garlic pepper seasoning Garlic salt, and Garlic pepper seasoning pepper.
4. Mix until well blended.
5. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and let stand for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
