Dip | Cheesy | Artichoke
Step up your dip game with this gooey and cheesy Artichoke Dip! All of our low carb food lovers have to give this one a try, and don’t forget to ditch the chips and use pork rinds instead. They’re bacon-y, crunchy and unbelievably delicious paired with this savory dip. Ready to dig in?
- Artichoke Dip:
• 4 oz Cream cheese
• 2 1/4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
• 2 1/4 Tbsp. Sour Cream
• 4 oz Spinach, chopped and cooked
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
• 1/4 Cup Parmesan
• 1 can (14 oz) Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, spinach, garlic, Parmesan, artichoke hearts and half the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
