- • 1 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1 lb ground beef or hamburger
• 2 Tbsp. your favorite spicy BBQ sauce
• 2 tsp. seasoning salt
• 2 slices Cheddar
• 2 buns
• Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (optional)
Heat a cast-iron skillet or flat top griddle to 350 degrees F.
Mix crushed pork rinds and BBQ sauce with ground beef and form 2 large patties. Sprinkle patties with seasoning salt on each side.
Place in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, and then flip over and continue to cook for 1 1/2 more minutes. Place the cheese slices on the patties and allow to melt as the patties finishing cooking.
Toast the bun if desired. Top with more crushed pork rinds and BBQ sauce.
