Beefy Pork Rind Burgers

Flame up flavor on the grill with this bacony twist to your ordinary burger! Add your favorite Southern Recipe Pork Rinds to the mix and watch the burgers disappear.


    Beefy Pork Rind Burgers:

    • 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds
    • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground chuck or hamburger
    • 1 large Egg
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
    • Top with bacon, cheese and a fried onion ring


In a large bowl, mix beef with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Divide into four patties and grill until cooked throughly. Top with your favorite cheese, fried onion ring and crisp bacon.
