Try this, oh, so cheesy dip for your next party or tailgating get together. Tastes great warm or cool ... the perfect dip with any variety of our Southern Recipe Pork Rinds.

Ingredients

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping
    • 2 tsp. Chili powder
    • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
    • 1 1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
    • 1 can (15 oz.) Yellow corn, drained
    • 1 can (15 oz.) Black beans, drained & rinsed
    • 1 can (10 oz.) Tomatoes with green chiles, diced & drained
    • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened & diced

Preparation

1. Add Cream cheese & and Mexican 1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese to a medium-sized pan.
2. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until the 1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese is fully melted and blended.
3. Add corn, black beans, diced (10 oz.) tomatoes with green chiles with green chiles, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
4. Continue to heat on low and mix well until everything is combined and heated through.
5. Pour into a serving bowl.
6. Or cool with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping.
