This bubbly fondue is rich, melty, and packed with flavor—perfectly paired with crispy Southern Recipe pork rinds,

Ingredients

    • Pork rinds for dipping
    • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    • 1 tsp. Ground mustard
    • 1/4 tsp. White pepper
    • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp. Honey
    • Pinch Ground nutmeg
    • 1 1/2 lbs. Swiss cheese, shredded
    • 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
    • 1 Garlic clove, minced
    • 1 1/4 cup Ginger ale

Preparation

1. In a large saucepan, combine cornstarch, ground mustard and white pepper.
2. Whisk in ginger ale and lemon juice until smooth.
3. Add Onion finely and Garlic clove; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook and stir until thickened, about 1 minute.
4. Gradually stir in 1/2 lbs.. Swiss cheese until melted. Stir in honey. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5. Keep warm in a fondue pot or small slow cooker. your favorite Southern Recipe rinds for dipping.
