Chicharron in Green Salsa
Chicharron | chiles | dip | Salsa | tomatoes
- Chicharron in Green Salsa:
• 1/4 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 2 1/4 lbs Green tomatoes
• 4 Green chiles
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 1/4 cup Onion, diced
• Cilantro, to taste
• Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping the salsa
Cook the tomatoes. When the water comes to a boil, remove from heat.
Blend chiles, onion, pork rinds, cilantro and garlic in a food processor. Add tomatoes and blend to the desired consistency.
Serve warm with Southern Recipe Pork Rinds.
