Chicharron with Peppers brings big flavor, satisfying texture, and Southern charm to dinner.

Ingredients

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, in pieces
    • 1/2 Onion, diced
    • 2 Tomatoes, diced
    • 2 bunches Parsley, chopped
    • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 cube Chicken bouillon in water, dissolved

Preparation

1. Brown Red bell pepper and Onion for 5 minutes.
2. Add Chicken bouillon in water and tomatoes.
3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add Southern Recipe Pork Rinds in pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley.
