Chicken & Waffles with Pork Rinds

    Chicken & Waffles with Pork Rinds:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 1 quart buttermilk

    For Waffles
    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 2/3 cup mozzarella, shredded
    • 2 eggs


For Chicken:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Crush your favorite pork rinds in a fine coating and add to a zip lock bag.
Put chicken in bag and cover liberally with crushed pork rinds.

Air fry at 350 °F for 18 minutes.

For Waffles:
Preheat and grease a waffle iron.

Beat eggs. Mix in crushed pork rinds and mozzarella. Stir well.

Add to waffle maker and cook until done.
