Collard Greens with Pork Rind Crumble

Ingredients
- • Garnish: Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds
• 12 Hickory-smoked bacon slices, cooked, finely chopped
• 2 medium-size Sweet onions finely, chopped
• 3/4 lbs. Smoked ham, chopped
• 6 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 3 containers (32 oz.) Chicken broth
• 3 (1 lbs.) packages Fresh collard greens, washed trimmed
• 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 3/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
1. Cook bacon in a 10-quart stockpot over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, or until almost crisp.
2. Add medium-size Sweet onions finely and sauté for 8 minutes.
3. Add ham and Garlic cloves finely; sauté for 1 minute.
4. Stir in containers (32 oz.) Chicken broth and remaining ingredients.
5. Cook for 2 hours, or until desired tenderness is reached.
6. Garnish with crushed Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds.
