We’ve combined three of your favorite ingredients in one recipe! A go-to summertime recipe for kids of all ages … the secret to our corndog casserole is pork rinds, of course!


    Corndog Casserole

    • 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 1/4 cup Flour
    • 1/2 Cornmeal
    • 1 tsp. Salt
    • 1 Tbsp. Baking powder
    • 1 1/3 cup Sugar
    • 1 1/4 cup Buttermilk
    • 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
    • 1 Egg, beaten
    • 5 Hot dogs, chopped
    • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded


1. Preheat oven to 400 °F
2. In a large bowl mix together all of the dry ingredients.
3. Slowly incorporate the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
4. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan, and bake for 15-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
5. Cut when slightly cooled. Enjoy!
