Whip this up when you want protein-packed goodness with a satisfying snap.

Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 16 oz. Sour cream
    • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
    • 2 Tbsp. Dill, chopped
    • 2 Tbsp. Dill pickle juice
    • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
    • 1 cup Dill pickles roughly, chopped
    • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Use a hand beater if necessary.
2. Add the dill pickles, dill pickle juice, fresh dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
3. Place mixture into an oven safe bowl, top with Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds, and place under the broiler until the top is golden brown. Serve immediately with more Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds.
