    Dill Pickle Dip

    • 1/4 cup Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 16 oz. Sour cream
    • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup Dill pickles, roughly chopped
    • 2 Tbsp. Dill, chopped
    • 2 Tbsp. Dill pickle juice
    • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
    • Salt & pepper to taste


1. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Use a hand beater if necessary.
2. Add the dill pickles, dill pickle juice, fresh dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
3. Place mixture into an oven safe bowl, top with Southern Recipe pork rinds, and place under the broiler until the top is golden brown. Serve immediately with more pork rinds. Enjoy!
