- Easy Pork Rind Pizza Crust:
1 cup Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds, ground
• 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups Italian cheese, shredded
• 1/2 Tbsp. Italian spices
• 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine cream cheese, eggs, seasonings, and Italian cheese until well mixed.
Mix in ground pork rinds last.
Place the dough onto a heavily non-stick cooking sprayed pan, or cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and roll out to edges of the pan.
Bake the pizza crust for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes. Top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings, bake again until bubbly.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
