Mexican BBQ Beans

    Mexican BBQ Beans:

    • 2 cups Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 lb. Beans, cooked
    • 1 medium Onion, chopped
    • 3 Tomatoes, chopped
    • 2 Jalapeños, chopped
    • 1/2 lb. Chorizo
    • 1/2 lb. Bacon
    • 1 package Hot dogs
    • Salt, to taste
    • 1 tsp Garlic powder
    • 2 tsp Cumin
    • 8 oz. BBQ sauce


In a large pot cook beans until tender, keeping the liquid from the beans in the pot. Set aside.

Add two tablespoons of oil to frying pan and sautè onions, jalapeños, and tomatoes until tender. Add to the pot of beans.

Cook chorizo in frying pan until browned, add to pot.

Fry the bacon until crispy enough to crumble add to the pot.

Slice hot dogs and add to the pot. along with the salt, garlic powder, cumin and BBQ sauce.

Slimmer the bean mixture for 10-15 minutes. Mix in the Southern Recipe Pork Rinds right before serving.
