    • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup jalapeno, diced
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 10 hot dogs, cut in half
    • 2 Quarts vegetable Oil for frying your corn dogs

Preparation

1. In a large pot, add the oil. Turn heat to medium and heat oil to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, add Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

7. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until all sides are golden brown.

8. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
