
Pork Rind Breaded Pork Chops

Tender pork chops coated in crushed pork rinds for an irresistible, crispy crust bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
- • 1 bag (4 oz.) Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
• 8 boneless Pork chops, sliced thin
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Use a food processor to finely grind (4 oz.) Southern Recipe Pork Rinds.
3. Whisk together eggs and Old Bay Seasoning to make an egg wash.
4. Dip each pork chop into the egg wash.
5. Coat each side of the pork chop with the crushed (4 oz.) Southern Recipe Pork Rinds.
6. Place breaded pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and flip pork chops.
8. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
9. Remove and serve.
