Juicy chicken breasts coated with pork rind crumbs, delivering a crispy, flavorful crust every time.

Ingredients

    Pork Rind Chicken:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 pound Chicken
    • 2 cups Mayonnaise
    • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Rub chicken with mayonnaise.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Optional: Add cayenne powder or spicy paprika for extra heat.

4. Crush Southern Recipe Pork Rinds and spread on a flat surface.

5. Dredge the mayo-coated chicken in the crushed pork rinds, pressing to coat thoroughly.

6. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.

7. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through.

8. Serve hot.
