Ingredients

    Pork Rind Chocolate Chip Cookies

    • 3/4 cup Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 2 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp. Baking soda
    • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. Salt
    • 2 Eggs
    • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup Sugar
    • 2 sticks Unsalted butter
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    • 1 cup Dark chocolate chunks

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, blend the eggs, brown sugar, sugar, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Slowly add the butter mixture into the flour mixture and blend until combined.
5. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and Southern Recipe pork rinds.
6. Use a small ice cream scoop to place small scoops of cookie dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place cookies 2 inches apart.
7. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
