    Pork Rind Goat Cheese Bites

    • 1 cup Southern Recipe Hot n Spicy Pork Rinds, crushed
    • 1 cup Flour
    • 2 Eggs, beaten
    • 8 oz. Goat cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. Honey
    • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp. Salt
    • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. Olive or vegetable oil


1. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the goat cheese, honey, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper until well combined. Set aside.
3. Find three shallow bowls. Place the flour in one, the crushed Southern Recipe Pork Rinds in the second, and the beaten eggs in the third bowl.
4. Form the goat cheese mixture into small balls, roughly 2 tablespoons in size.
5. Dip each ball in the flour, then into the egg, then finally into the Southern Recipe pork rinds.
6. Place each coated ball on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Slightly press each ball down with your fingers so that each flatten slightly.
7. Brush each with a small amount of oil.
8. Bake for 10 minutes or until the coating is golden brown. Enjoy!
