Ingredients

    Pork Rind Guacamole Dip:

    • 1 bag Southern Recipe Pork Rinds for dipping
    • 3 Avocados, ripe
    • 1/2 Onion, finely diced
    • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
    • 3 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped
    • 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
    • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 Lime, juiced
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Preparation

1. Mash avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.

2. Blend in all other ingredients with the mashed avocados.

3. Serve immediately with Southern Recipe Original Pork Rinds or Southern Recipe Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds.
